So before we talk about today's show, let me tell you a little bit about the Banner Society.

The official website launches August 21st.

So most of you, by the time you hear this, will be able to catch it on its grand opening day. We're going to have some

content there, some stuff that you've seen in the readoption newsletter because of course if you're

listening to this you've gone to a football website.com and signed up for the Read Option newsletter in anticipation of the new

site launching. So, a Banish Society, your average week of content, you know, Week Zero

is a good time to launch. We're going to kind of do a little dry run for what the life is going to look like as we move into the season.

This year podcast we're going to do a PAPN talks today and then later this week we're going to do kind of a mock, a foe tasting menu I guess for week zero since there's only two FBS games, but Bud and Richard and I will do an abbreviated version of the tasting menu as we talk about Arizona, Hawaii, Florida, and Miami because those are all

the teams that are playing.

But that's better than none, so that's good.

I'm on the road right now capturing a few interviews doing

some stuff before the season starts. I was actually as I record this on Sunday afternoon.

I spent the afternoon at a camps site in Indiana just across the border from

Cincinnati Ohio where the Bearcats are doing their summer practices. If I could
