We are going to do a little special interview here today with Chat chattlos he works for a venture

partners and is he works for a search firm he is when someone says the search

firm he is the search firm recently was part of the search that ended up placing

Chris Climate at Kansas State to replace Bill Snyder.

And I think he is going to be really illuminating for y'all to kind of cut through some of the things that you may think that you know

Even I mean you know we'll come on after this and kind of let you guys know there's some things that that he

blew up that I didn't even really know or that that were illuminating for me to

hear about so I think it's it's going to be really cool if you care about kind of

the intricacies of how coaches get from point A to point B, school one, to their future school.

I think it's a really important listen because one of the things that we didn't want to do here and just to kind of bring you inside the curtain is this isn't an interview that's like

skeptical of search firms or anything like that because search firms are here to stay.

I mean they're they're in the walls at this point and

and Chad will kind of get into that and kind of get into how search firms became

integral in the process not just ancillary and so I think what we're really

trying to do here is just kind of treat you guys as our audience and as adults

and kind of understand that hey like this is part and parcel to the deal and and
