pretend like I'm actually going to do the workout thing with our with our

old buddy Charles McDonald's. So I've been in the gym I

can't lift my arms I'm gonna get back in shape god-dammit no you're not I'm having a

kid in February so there was not even the inkling of a New Year's

resolution because why would you set yourself up for that failure? Today Richard we're going to do a little bit of a

coach season, kind of a coda. We sort of do this was coming. It's not a

surprise to us. It shouldn't be a surprise to y'all. We ask you for some questions. We're going to do a brief

little walk-through. What's going on on the tail end of the coaching cycle before we do a quick and

hasty sort of like thoughts and ideas for the national championship game.

There is finally just one college football game left this season.
