Hello, everybody. Happy Tuesday. Um, if you are in the south, it is another hot Tuesday.

Not quite sure why we're wearing jackets in here. Um, this is not a depiction of what it looks like in the outside world outside. It is toasty. It's been hot in Miami.

Everybody started up. No, it really has been. And I'm talking about 90 degrees growing up. Like, you know, the temperatures really used to sit like in the 80s and what? Maybe 90s. But like, we're also seeing heat indexes hit like 100.

It's global warming. It's climate change. Um, as everyone in this room knows. And if you've been watching this show, I am very big on the environment, protecting the environment. Um, global warming is very real.

And we are feeling the effects of that. I have to fix my collar. It was pretty nothing pissed me off worse than a bad collar in Texas. It's like it hit like 108 yesterday, which is insane. Um, welcome to the show. Everybody paper out. I'm actually Nicole Moss. If you didn't already know that's Corey in the cut.

We got who in the West in the back. We got a full house BC in the back and the mysterious manderville who we never ever see. Maybe one day.

He'll appear. Don't count on it. Um, shout out to everybody holding it down from a social standpoint. All our peeps out west, the west coast, not the best coast. But that's okay.

We have a lot to get into. We have a jam-packed show today. Some news of the day. We have a special guest pulling up. We got Antoine Walker in the building. Um, a lot of cool stuff's going on. So why don't we want to get into news of the day. There's Antoine Walker right there, everybody.

There is. There is. And that special guest is to Ron Armstead, offensive tackle, former or excuse me, all pro offense attack of the Miami dolphins. He'll be on later. You've been doing some great things in the community.

I know you're excited to talk to a Miami dolphin. You know, you know, you know, you're going to throw him some for some information. Absolutely. And listen, he has a big responsibility. You got to protect to him. So yeah, we're going to have that conversation with him later. But yeah, what's up, Antoine? How you doing, man?

Yeah, doing good. Yeah, I was complaining about weather, man. Chicago. We loved. We wish you could get any time every day. 90. Well, what's with Chicago?

Whether like in the summer, though, it gets hot, no? It's nice. Yeah, it's about to get nice now. I'll take that. I'll take that over what we're dealing with. This is the type of weather that like you can't even.

I say this whole time and people think I'm crazy. I don't like the summer. I don't like being hot. Like it's just not enjoyable for me. Like I can do heat in like a short spur.

Like if I go on vacation and it's hot, I can do that. The pool, the ocean, the drinks, tan, and then I get to go home. I've never been somebody who likes the heat.

Summer's like my least favorite season of the year. I'm a fall winter girl. Yeah, I'm just fitting you're from New York. Yeah, like I've always been a fall winter girl. Now when it hits like 2010, it's wild, but like 40 degrees is bigger to me.

Like that's a nice little coat. I can walk around and not be hot. There's nothing worse than being hot because my philosophy is this. Really?

Yeah, I'll tell you why. Here's my philosophy with this. You can do a lot to warm yourself up if you're cold. You can layer, you can wear gloves, a scarf, whatever. If you are hot, what can you possibly do to cool yourself down except being doors?

If you're outside, what can you possibly do? I hear you, but then it comes down to like what's actually bearable? You know what I'm saying?

Like I think just cold weather in general is just it's hard to bear. The hot, I give you saying it's hard to get cool, but like if you're hot, is it really that bad of an experience?

I think the experience of being cold is ridiculous. You can't fill your fingers. You can't think, you lose feeling in your mouth.

I know you're from up north, too. And this is a cold cold, though, Corey. Right, right. No, I'm talking about like a nice 60 degrees cold.
