Awesome couple of days.

We flew out the San Diego Thursday night and sat down with Russell.

I wouldn't even say sat down.

We really spent the entire day with him from working out to breaking bread at lunch and dinner and then doing a sit down and then the team shout out to you guys Biancaca, Andrew Ingram, Manderville, like the team did a phenomenal job turning around this

show which is extremely hard to do.

We sat down for two and a half hours, so being able to edit and make all,

you know, clean up all the things that we need to clean up. It's a lot of work behind the scenes.

And so we were able to get it out. The Russell Wilson sit down, if you haven't heard it,

So yeah, we got it out there and yeah, it's creating a lot of conversations, so I'm excited
