My morning is going actually smooth.

Well, it got, it started off a little rough.

Kids, three kids, had to get them up,

get them to school, get them them fed do all of that and so that was a little bit rough getting them out the house today but then I went there's some yoga meditated and it's been really smooth.

I drove down to Miami.
