So after Summer League, we have the Feebo World Cup, which is basketball's version of soccer's legendary event.

Like the soccer World Cup, it happens every four years, and this year it will be held

in the Philippines, directly following Summer League.

The question is, that you might be asking, Trista, why are we talking about the Feeble

World Cup?

It's a great question.

First, two reasons.

One, Victor Wambayama announced today that he is not going to participate in the World Cup for France this year,

which is, I'm sure, if you're a French fan, a very big disappointment.

But you know who's not disappointed?

Me, that's who.

I am not disappointed in the least, and you want to know why because that means

we get to see vic wemby in the summer league the spurs were not going to allow him to play in both

so he was not about to go to Vegas and play and then jet off to the philippines to play for team

france absolutely fucking not, Wembe.

You will stay here stateside.

I'm excited.
