Left and today I am joined by one of our longtime listeners, Kyla Parleman, to talk about

0:42.3

our August book club selection tribe by Sebastian Younger. Did I think I pronounced this

0:47.7

last name right? I think so, that's what I've been saying.

0:50.9

Okay, good. Tell us a little bit about yourself Kyla. Oh, well, I live in Colorado. I have

three boys, four year old and two two year old twins. And I work part time for the local

2:06.7

in Ann Bogels modern Mrs. Darcy Book Club and she'll pick a book and then she'll do like

2:10.4

a flight of books. And so she suggested a novel called News of the World about a little

2:17.4

girl that was taken by an Indian tribe and then tried to return back to her biological family

2:25.0

and how she didn't want to go back. She wanted to stay with the Native American tribe. And so
