0:18.0	Kear and I'm chuckling because every now and again I say to Ali,
0:22.9	he's going to run out of new ways of counting me in too.
0:26.7	But no, you never do.
0:27.6	You always find a new way of counting me in.
0:29.6	How are you this Wednesday morning?

0:34.3	I went to my first run yesterday since I was banned from running.
0:41.7	And I'm a bit pained by at all, sort of the muscles aren't used to the activity.
0:48.6	I managed to, I mean, part of the reason why I'm doing this is that I was running the Dublin

0:57.0	And I was just zipping along, having a really good time, got to 21 miles, felt my knee go.
1:03.8	And I thought, well, I've got personal best on here.
1:06.1	I'll carry on and limped my way to the running line.
1:10.0	And I've had two failed operations since then.
1:12.2	I've been banned from running, but I'm desperate to get back.
1:15.3	So I spent a lot of time in traction with the spreadsheet, sort of building things up,
