I don't know if you heard anything today about the big announcement over at the baseball park

with the installation of solar panels over there and apparently one of the first in the baseball league on that.

And, of course, we've got our program tonight to update us on solar

power. The World Energy Council has estimated that global demand for electricity will triple

by 2050. The lion's share of the increased demand will be in developing nations, but the

United States and the European Union nations will need more megawatts

too, even assuming increases in energy efficiency.
