group's Blue Friday Night Speakers meeting. I have a sponsor. I sponsor other guys. I've been

to the 12 steps. I have a God of my understanding. And as a result of those things, I can be happy and sober when I choose to be.

And I liked what Emily was talking about because I was expecting to come in to Alcoholics Anonymous and be fairly miserable, but just less miserable.

And in thinking a little bit about kind of four through seven over the past several

months since Chandler asked me to speak, you know, I really started to get in touch with

how incredible it is that I'm eligible to be happy and sober by virtue of

these like counterintuitive things.
