billion dollar business is going to be another puzzle piece in these two books in

actually this this genre which is very very important. The first time I

ever heard Pamela that diversity training was actually detrimental was not achieving the goal that it's set out to was when I interviewed

another journalist who wrote a book about women in the workplace whose name is escaping me right now,

interviewed her for my podcast and I was just very surprised by what she was

telling me that diversity training was actually harming women in the workplace.

And now here comes your book that also says yeah diversity training is

harming people of color African Americans in particular in the workplace.

Why is such a failed business, a billion dollar business
