apocalyptic that's how it's being described by basically everybody what's happening in southern

california with these i think now three fires or more the palisades fire the hearst fire and the

eaten fire they're running out of water they can't launch helicopters because of the winds they

still can't launch fixed wing aircraft and uh And we have to pray, I guess.

And I know there's a lot of people out there. Not everybody's religious. And liberals like to mock the

idea of prayer. Listen, right now we are trying to focus on the people who are suffering

because of this catastrophe. and there's evacuations,

there's elderly people who are at risk, there's people who are being seriously injured,

there are mass casualty events, meaning injuries.

I don't know that we have any deaths.

And I know there are a lot of people that believe prayer can help.

And I certainly believe that the concept of prayer in regard like this is, let's keep these people in our thoughts so we can focus on what we can do to help them.

And we can keep this story on the forefront.

We want this top of mind.

Now, as much as I'm going to say, I am terrified for those

that live there, I feel for all those that live there, I don't care if you're a liberal,

I don't care if you're a conservative, a far left commie, none of that matters. All that matters

to me right now is that you guys are safe. I enjoy sitting here in my chair, staring at a camera, making fun of people who I think are dumb.

I certainly don't want them to get hurt. We enjoy the political discourse as we try to navigate a space where we come to better ideas.

And I understand there's some evil people out there. I think there's a lot of evil people out there in politics.

But we want to win on the battlefield of ideas and through policy, we don't want violence.

We don't want death.
