The Israeli defense forces today just a few minutes ago said that it was actually a

mis-fired missile by Islamic jihad, a group in Gaza that is the reason why 200 at least

were killed in a hospital strike in Gaza.

In the hospital doctors and nurses were treating hundreds of already wounded Palestinians

CNN reports thousands of others were taking shelter at the hospital at the center of Gaza

City.

The Palestinian health ministry which is controlled by Hamas blamed the incidents on an Israeli

air strike but the Israeli defense forces just seconds ago on its telegram channel announced

that the strike was caused by this mis-fired missile from Islamic jihad.

CNN has not independently confirmed this.
