Although the Islamabad High Court granted him bail until the result of his appeal is heard,

it's unlikely that Mr. Khan will be released from jail immediately. His lawyers are trying

to stop other arrests against him in separate cases. Speaking outside the court, Mr. Khan's lawyer

Gauha Khan said he hoped the court would roll in his favour as soon as possible.

We are very hopeful he would be released so far. We have not been informed that he is under arrest
