So my father was also into cycling.

He was more of a touring guy.

He'd do big miles and I'd do shorter ones.

So when we went on like what I called my training rides,

you know, like it's 15 miles, it's 25 miles.

Of course I had more jump than he did.

But finally we set up everything the way

that it was gonna be for him.

And we went on a bike ride.

It's still the longest one I've ever done.

It was 139 and a half miles.

And I don't think I've walked that distance in my life.

Yeah, like it, I don't know what happened.

Like we rode out, I guess 65 miles and then we turned around

and somehow like I picked up five more in the way home

or something.

So anyway, on the way back, because I was hot,

I had no shirt on.

And I was like riding out of water and everything

and I got home and I beat him by a bunch.

Like it was this like great, glorious day in my life.
