Alright, so on the show tonight is Woody's gamer tag, Wings of Redemption, Red Nick, and UFC fighter Joe Lose On.

So Joe, coming off a big fight? Get your win baby.

Nice. You know what? Look, so Melvin talked a little trash coming into the thing, right?

He was confident. But was it over the top? Like you guys seem to be pretty respectful in the ring.

One of the first things you did, which I thought was super cool after your win, was you came over to him and sort of put your hand on his shoulder.

There was no genuine hatred there, was there?

No, I know it was pretty cool. I mean, I met Melvin before and he was super cool and he really nice.

We talked about how they might become like a time where we're supposed to fight and it's nothing but respect and all this other stuff.

And then, you know, like I was an assassin, wait with him and all this stuff.

But regardless of being cool with someone not being cool, like you're gonna fight and you're gonna try and do your best.

But I'm cool with him after. He was perfectly fine to me. I was perfectly fine to him. Everything's good.

Alright, so I've had a question about this.

And people are built differently, right? But to me, what I think my odds are going into any kind of competition,

whether it be fighting, swimming, video games, whatever, doesn't really have much of an impact on what I do.

But there are other guys who are like, oh my gosh, you know, if you don't think that you're gonna win this, you've already lost.

What do you fall in that? Like, what are you thinking?

I just try to keep it clear, I think when you start getting mad or upset or whatever, you know, that's just, you know, leading to, you know, you have an a bad experience.

You get pissed and you try to, you know, you try to do something extra hard or, you know, you try to do something out of character.

I think that that is kind of going to lead you downfall. If you approach it in your real cerebral about it, I feel like you're going to perform your best.
