balls and tell you that everything's okray and everything's great and that you're

doing the right thing. A real motherfucker that cares about you that loves you

will hold you accountable and be real with you. I had a conversation today with the

gentleman and at any time I have a coaching conversation with someone, I ask for permission.

I call that putting a blinker on.

Before I get in their lane and just cut them off, I put a blinker on and ask for permission. I said, can I just be honest with you?

And what I'm going to tell you may piss you off when I'm telling you out of love because I want more for you.

Can I just be honest with you? The gentleman said, yeah man, you can be

honest with me. And I said, all this looks like shit. What you're trying to do here

looks like shit. It projects shit and it's not going to get what you want accomplished in your life and in your business

And if you don't want it to look like shit you're gonna have to shave your beard

Trim it you're gonna have to get a haircut, you

going to have to quit dressing like a bum.

If you want to portray success like you say you do, and we're looking at this, this is not portray success.

And this gentleman said,

well, man, that's fucked up.

You would just pick me apart like that.
