This year, many of us have had our work worlds shaken by the pandemic, and many of us have found it's shaking our identity, too. Josh Lorich knows what that feels like.

Unbelievably, he had fallen into his dream job and he was very good at what he did. But somewhere

along the way, his job had become his source of significance until the day it all went away.
