As we're heading into the season of Thanksgiving in the United States, maybe you're

thinking a little more about gratitude.

In times of joy, thankfulness comes easy.

But if you're in a place where life is disappointing, where you've been crushed by circumstances

beyond your control, it's so much harder to feel

grateful. Faith Uri Cho has been there, those seasons where it feels like you're in the wilderness,

when more seems to be going wrong than right, when it feels like your prayers are bouncing
