Outliers, then you know about the 10,000-hour rule. It basically says that there are no true

overnight successes. Almost always, there's a backstory of practicing a skill over and over for

thousands of hours. The ones who are successful are the ones who just don't quit. The brothers

who make up consumed by fire, Caleb, Jordan, and Josh Ward, they first started playing

together professionally 17 years ago in Oklahoma. They hit the road with a heart to serve and through

music tell people about hope in Jesus. For years, they played and traveled, mostly for
