boiling point. Boiling point is when it gets right to the surface, the little bubble start. You're

ready to make your pasta. You're all excited. You're saying, one bubble enough. Can we just put it

in and start cooking it now with one bubble and you get a few more little bubbles and then bigger

bubbles. Then boom, you put the pan on top, you put the top on the pan and all of a sudden it starts

flowing over. There's water everywhere and you've lost control. The only way to cure that is to turn
