Monday was the first padded practice of training camp. And let me just say, number one, it was awesome.

Number two is you really do forget just the incredible difference between OTAs, many camps,

and the opening of training camp to padded practices and actual real football again. And I say that real football.

Like I know we're still not doing full tackling and things like that. But oh my goodness.

Like we all understand that there's a difference, right? That OTA's many camps and some of these

are just like, uh, I don't know, a shell of what football actually is. But man, do you need like that moment to be there live to hear the crack of the pads again

to really sort of get back and recalibrate into what this brand of football actually looks like?

It was exciting.

It was intense.

There was some good.

There was some bad.

We're going to jump into all of it today.
