Thank you so much for being here. We've got a lot to discuss. I do have a little bit of a shorter

time today than I did yesterday. Tomorrow we should be back to normal, but I'll probably only be here

for about 30 minutes or so

today so if you do want to get your questions in make sure that you are getting those super

chats in because like i said i'm going to be a little bit shorter on time today uh as far as some

of the key takeaways uh from an injury standpoint just kind of updating you guys there first

players who are not practicing,

Quay Walker, Christian Watson, Colin Oliver, Amar Johnson, John Williams, and Elton Jenkins.

So the good news was going into the day, no new injuries.

We did see Quay Walker out there just doing a little bit as well.

Remember, he did get taken off that physically unable to perform list.

So that was a good sign for him in general. But Matt kind of reiterated today that he's going to have a ramp up period. No real time table

for how long it's going to take him to kind of get reacclimated. But great to see him out there

doing anything at this point in time and no longer being on the physically unable to perform list.

So there's that. Again, no new injuries to start

the day. However, there were a couple bangs and bruises throughout the course of the day. Malie

Keith took a shot in the chest and definitely went down for a moment. He continued to practice.
