This is Matt LaFlor in his damn bag here. So let's talk about what that means first. 12, right? One running back, two tied ends. The U is flexed up top. There's your you tied in. Okay. What he's going to do is he's going to now shift to the H position and it's going to be off left. So you're going with an offset I, right? So there's your H. You see your H in position. Well, look what Jordan does. Nobody went with him. So what's that tell Jordan, right? Probably some kind of zone defense could be man but watch what he does here all right guys

everybody gets the play call so 21 i let's just call it 21 even though we know that's a tied in he

is now a running back essentially he's the h back in the back once he did shift to the offset i so

strong left just means the tied end is on the left side of the formation the nasty everybody's

inside the numbers this is that condensed split you're keeping everything tight and making them play

it outside in.

And typically, you will work it inside out.

In this case, you're going to see them hit the inside of this defense.

So 23 fake is real simple.

We're going to fake a running back.

You've got even numbers to the right, odd numbers to the left, and you count it off. A gap is one, three gap, or the B gap is a three, okay? So it's going to be 23 fake. You're going to fake a B gap run here. All right. We're going to go Y-sift. The Y is just simply going to sift over and help block right here. Okay. And then strike is real simple. Deep on this side,

it's going to be a goal. And then opposite of the formation is going to be a dig coming underneath.

That's called the strike concept. All right. So H flat is real simple. He's just going to kind of pop

up here, block a little bit, and then get out in the flat and give you a safety valve. So again, it's they can-can, 21 eye-nasty, strong left, 23 fake, Y-Syf, strike, H-flat. Look for Romeo. First of all, the play action throws this whole thing off for the defense, and they're just going to hammer Romeo on the dig. All right? So watch Matthew Golden is going to clear this thing out a little bit, right? There's the play fake. Look at that space boys. I mean, that is butt-necked through the trailer park out there, man. I could throw back. I just caught the ball. You also had the running back leak out in the flat. I missed that or in a swing pass. But Jordan just hammers him and nice little game there.

What was it, a 24-yard game? Run that back one time. Who's number six on the backers, the queen? Or is it? I think that's cool. Watch it. He just gets all turned around. Oh, no. Oh, man. And roam wide open. And that's the thing about the late play action.

Look how far back, four yards backfield, the top backer, Peyton Wilson, he gets sucked all the way down too. You can't be a line off the ball, you know, a yard off the ball, and already have the dude five yards down the field running routes. Yeah. So what you're doing is he's got eyes in the

backfield. Watch them fake. Now that Emilio pointed it out, watch this guy right here. And Peyton, above them, both of them, climb right up. It's right. Watch, watch them. Ball snap.
