i'm a big three four fan i've always been a big three four fan i'm a big dom capers fan

because i grew up on the Blitzburg defense.

You know, people like to say, okay, the scheme's bad, but you see Pittsburgh still running it,

essentially.

Now, they mix in, man, every defense mixes in every look.

But for the most part, you got that 34 jam front and it's a fire zone blitz type defense. So I don't foresee them going back to a three,

four as long as Matt LaFlor is the head coach. Everybody he's coached with, all of his

buddies in the game, every one of them, they're big in the four three, that Pete Carroll style

defense from the Legion of Boom days. And it's been modified over the years as well. Now,

I will say that what Halfley is done with this defense is he's added in an element of,

you know, the defensive ends dropping into coverage with these fire zone blitzes.
