Welcome to another edition of the Pack-A-Day podcast.

I am your host, Matt Frailic.

Alongside me, there is no one this afternoon.

Janelle Mackie is celebrating her sister's wedding this weekend, somewhere, I believe,

in the Minnesota-Wisconsin border area.

Eli has some other obligation, so it is me for the week five injury report.

The Green Bay Packers head west to Los Angeles to take on the Los Angeles Rams.

And as they say, with October football

becomes more injuries. I don't know if anyone says that, but it definitely remains true for the Packers

as they get headed west to take on the Los Angeles Rams. And right now, injury report,

as we saw all week, was fairly pessimistic, and I would say it trended

that way throughout the rest of the week. As you know, we typically like to look Wednesday,

Thursday, see how things have trended for our opponent or the Packers, and at least we'll

start with the Packers side. Things didn't get much better as we got into Friday, and we'll

start with the defense.

And one thing I do want to call it, there are some trends throughout this that are similar

to the Rams.
