She is out dealing with some, what, rental property issues and all that kind of home.

And what she said was everything's broken.

I can't be there.

Yeah, everything's broken at once.

Then Dusty gave some smart ass answers on how to, you know, do dishes with wet laundry. And it was, it was very typical of us. So, uh, hopefully Sarah is doing okay. You know, all that, that, that's never fun when things aren't working in the, uh, in the apartment. And you can't get them fixed right away. So but Dossie, how you doing my friend?

Doing good man. Doing good. It was a kid's first day of summer today got it got drug out a little

bit because of all the we had like two and a half three weeks in the middle of winter that were

just iced over and they ran out of all their snow days. So today we got pushed back a bit.

Today was the first day of summer.

And it's, I will just say it's shaping up to be an interesting one, Steve. But, you know,

there's football practice. Yeah, it's just fun. We had football practice. I saw clips of Jordan

love throwing a ball to receivers. It's a pretty good day. Pretty good day overall.

Okay.

And yeah, for me, I'm doing, I'm doing outstanding.

My friend, I finally found a house.
