today's episode I did just want to give a huge shout out to Tyler Herrick you

can follow him on Twitter at Tyler Herrick Tyler thanks so much for all the work that

you have done on the thumbnails the new design all of it the new logo like it

just looks absolutely fantastic he does phenomenal work if you need some social media work, Don,

or just anything, just literally call Tyler. He'll come and fix your plumbing. He does it all.

But huge shout out to Tyler for everything. And so excited to be partnering with him this offseason,

hopefully many more months after that as well. But again, shout out to Tyler. And before we

jump into today's episode, just a couple

news and notes as well from Sunday. Jaya Alexander, a huge pick six in February. Fortunately,

not in the Super Bowl, but in the, I don't know, flagged football, pro bowl game. I couldn't tell

you anything else that happens. Not my cup of tea. Not a huge fan of the Pro Bowl skill stuff.

If you love it, you do you. No judgment,

no anything. Just not my thing. And maybe other stuff happened, I don't know, but don't really care

if I'm being totally honest. But I guess Jeyer had a pick six in the flag football game. So that's still
