We're going to go through all of it here in just a moment. I think what it really allows us to do is take a look position by position at again where Green Bay stands

right now going into 2026 where their free agents are and again what you know maybe moves they're

going to have to make to strengthen some of those positions that right now are just a little bit

Let's jump into our news from Thursday.

Packers do gain a coach.

Yesterday, I went over some linebackers coaches who have previous defensive coordinator experience

thinking that, all right, Zachary, or could make some sense, you know, maybe the, you know,

former Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator could make some sense, but no, but they do find

a former defensive coordinator.

It just so happens to be one from Virginia Tech, not a name that I necessarily had on my radar.

I don't even know why I say necessarily.

I clearly did not have on my radar.

Sam Sefkis, defensive coordinator for Virginia Tech, is your Packers' new linebackers coach.

And he seems to be a very good fit.

He coached linebackers under Gannon in 2024, which again makes a lot of sense.

But he was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, coached at UW Lacrosse, spent time at Wisconsin, Wisconsin,

Wisconsin, Pladville. So he has a ton of Wisconsin ties as well. Really cool story. Imagine, you know,
