It's summertime here. It's getting, you've been in the 90s. So it's almost as your Arizona weather, I'm sure. Yeah, you poor baby, me and my 105 and my dry heat.

Well, I'm going on it.

Well, I'm going on a trip this week. I'll be in the Midwest and then I'm going to spend some time in L.A., so that'll be a nice break from the heat. But without any further ado, it's going to be a fun one this week. Mark, I'll let you introduce our special guests who we kind of mentioned last week on the last week show.

Well, joining us is an old friend of mine. We used to work together when he was in Philadelphia as the Philadelphia AP writer covering everything in, you know, Eagles, the Phillies, Sixers, everything. But now he's the senior NFL writer for AP. Tell me if I'm wrong when we bring, when you come on, but it's an honor to bring on Rob Motty from AP. Is that, is that the right title, Rob, senior writer, NFL writer, whatever? Yeah, yeah, it is. And it's, it's, it's been fun being able to focus on the NFL. I'm going into my, my fourth year now. So fourth year in this role. I miss baseball,

so I'm going to start covering a little bit of race now that I'm off vacation and are actually good.

They're good. They're always good for a team that spends no money. But yeah, football's the beat.

Football's the main thing. And it's exciting going into year four as the AP guy. And it's just,

you know, you know what? It gets into, like today I'm dealing with NFLPA stuff and union

issues and things like that. I love to just focus on the football, focus on the teams,

focus on the X's and O's and the players, but when you cover the whole league, there's also

all of that aspect to it. League matters, union matters, all those things that you have to deal with.
