Shortly after, a very satisfying, super-satisfying, entertaining 27- 13 Packers win over the Detroit Lions.

There was a lot of energy around this game for a few different reasons, right?

You got your first home opener under Matt LaFleur.

You had the debut of Micah Parsons, plus it's against the Detroit Lions who have gotten

the better of the Packers over the last few seasons.

Lions came into this game with three straight wins at Lambeau Field.

And we've seen the Packers get off to slow starts and then kind of find themselves back in the game in the second half.

Was not the case in this game.

And I'm thrilled that that was the case.

The Packers got off to a fast start

in this one. That offense scored on their first three possessions of the game. And the third

possession, that third drive the Packers offense had, was my favorite, was my favorite, the shortest.

Two plays, 65 yards. You have Romeo Dobbs catch a 48-yard pass,

career-long catch for Romeo Dobbs, by to buy. And then you had that followed up with a 17-yarder

to Jaden Reed for a touchdown quick. And that felt like how the offense was moving throughout that first half, again,

scored on their three first possessions. And at that point, after that quick possession,

two plays for a touchdown, Love was four or 10 of 14. He had 158 yards. He had through for two
