Welcome and doing another edition of the Pack-A-Day podcast.

I, of course, am one of your co-hosts, Matt Freelick, alongside me, as always, Eli Berkovitz, Janelle Mackie.

Guys, we made it to preseason football.

Preseason on was earlier this week. We know, like, a week and a half ago, we had the Hall of Fame game, which was great. We've had some family night stuff to talk about as well. But scraping, clawing, just battling through the offseason, the summer, training camp, the draft. We finally have real football. It's great. I'm excited to preview week one preseason with you guys, Janelle and Eli, that is. And then the next two weeks, we get to do the same thing for the game in Indianapolis and then versus the Seattle Seahawks. Janelle, we kind of went back to the archives. It's been about a month since we all recorded together, which seems like much longer than a month month to me i'm sure many people have been wondering what the hell you've been up to i know from following you on social media you've been enjoying the summer as you should in the midwest

so i commend you on doing that but um hopefully the summer's been great to you and i guess kind of like

an outside inside perspective what have you been noticing around training camp?

You obviously weren't, you know, being a degenerate and going to a training camp practice.

Like Eli and I, you've been probably off of social media more than most, which is I commend you on that during the summer.

But what have you seen from an outside inside perspective?

Yeah, I mean, unsurprisingly, yeah, I've just kind of been a little bit off the

radar here, but every time I open my app, I feel like we all knew the hype around Matthew Golden was going to be big. And I feel like it's just kind of all eyes are really on him right now. What's he going to be like and just kind of in that wide receiver group as a whole. So I feel like that's a lot of what I'm seeing. You know, there's obviously a lot of conversation about Tucker Kraft this year. And, you know, there's potential that he could end up being the best receiver for Jordan Love. So with the past catchers, I just feel like there's a lot of focus on them, a lot of eyes on them. Is Matthew Golden going to live up to that first pick standard?

And it's been a lot of really good stuff aside from, you know, I get the notifications, I think,

was it? McKinney was hurt. So it's like the bad stuff. But yeah, I think it's just kind of what we

expected to see is what I'm seeing, just kind of in my, you know, for you or whatever, what it thinks that I want to see when

I log into Twitter. But yeah, it's been, it's been good. And I just, I can feel the excitement.

It's like, I love the family night energy. And like, you know, there's already arguments going on

with Bears fans. And it's like, that's how you know the season is right around the corners.

The Bears fans and the Packers fans are now fighting. Life is good. Football's back. Like it's a great feeling. So I kind of July, it's like I disappear. And then August I reemerge and it's like I am just ready to go. So I'm pumped. I'm trying to, you know, catch up on lost time here with my Packers news. And I'm excited to be back with
