he was on the radar i was hoping you know there was some other names some bigger names

bigger meaning having held bigger titles um was really hoping he wouldn't end up getting hired

but this is the drawback of having the kind of

coaching staff that you have where you have a bunch of overqualified guys, like I said,

is that there's very likely they're going to get hired away. And he actually made the most

sense because a lot of these other overqualified guys have had opportunities and have failed
