New callers go directly to the front of the line. We don't think we have any. No, we have no new callers, but we do have Trevor in Virginia. What's going on, Trevor? Hey, Ryan, Trevor, Virginia. I don't know. I know you probably disagree with me, too, based on the calls and responses. I just don't understand everybody calling in, saying they're going to turn the game off, saying that, you know, this isn't good enough. I'm sick of here, and this isn't good enough. Like, we won the game. Like, you should never be going into any game expecting us to win by, like, two scores. Like, that's just ridiculous. Like, this is the NFL. Okay, we sit here, yeah, yeah, we sit here all the commentators, everybody. We we say all this team's trash. They're not trash. It's NFL teams. They're all NFL teams. Every team wins games every year. I mean, look at how many teams are right around 500. We are six and two. We were at the top of the league record-wise. And it's just, like, no game is a given. No game is easy. Like, every team is a good team. And Jordan hurt his groin on the opening drive. Like, he was playing hurt. He was battling through, and he was still making good plays, good throws. I mean, I don't know. The pick, I mean, it was an iffy throw. I don't know that you should have thrown it or not. |
| 1:44.8 | But, like, outside of that, like, she was playing pretty well, I thought. And the defense played really well. I mean, you know, as you say, they came out and started the game, and they shut them down continuously. You can't expect them to shut down the NFL offense the entire game when our offense is kind of sputtering. like when we kept going three and out, three and out, whatnot. Like, the defense still had a good day despite injuries on that side of the ball, so I hope Jeyer is okay. I haven't actually checked on him yet. But this Lions game, I mean, I'm kind of laying towards a sit-law because we have to buy, but I also don't think we win with we'll make it going to find. I don't know. I just don't, you know, I'm like, calling, I'm like, listening to the show, and I'm just surprised by all the negativity around the team. I mean, there was so much good in this game. This team, well, as we said, this adversity, this winning close, tough games, that is the championship mindset. |
| 2:37.8 | That's how the Packers did it back when, you know, Roger said we're going to run the table. |
| 2:42.3 | Like, it's a championship mentality to be able to win these close, tough, fun games, no matter what the opponent is. |
| 2:50.2 | I don't care who the opponent is. We won. We're six and two. That's what matters. And it's like if you want blowout teams, okay, that's what we have with Rogers for a long time. You blow out teams, and if you don't blow them out, then you lose because you're, you know, you're not able to come back and battle and fight and win any game is that what you want really no I don't |
| 3:12.0 | want the rogers era packers back because it didn't go from we wanted to ultimately go um this team |
| 3:17.7 | plays as a team and I don't know this has been the most promising team I think we've had in a long |
| 3:23.2 | time just the way they're able to win and everything. |
| 3:26.4 | And I am not worried about it like other people are. |
| 3:28.8 | But anyway, go back. |
| 3:31.3 | Well, I think you're right about the positives. |
| 3:35.4 | But I think you're making kind of a good case for the counter, which is you're looking at the positives and saying, |
| 3:43.0 | this is the reason I believe in the team. In other words, there are further things to break down |
| 3:47.9 | more than winning and losing. And if you have different criteria than whatever your criteria is, |
