There is a missing piece of Vegas history the Tropicana. Jeff, where did it go? What's happened to the Tropicana? Good evening to you.

Good evening to you. This great old resort, which has been here since I believe it was

1957, slated for demolition, which

they're going to replace with the new Major League Baseball

Stadium that the Oakland A's will one day fill up in

2028 they believe. You know they're right on schedule and taking this place

apart and they're looking at an implosion of the two remaining towers there sometime in mid-October they believe they don't have an exact date yet

But it'll be a big spectacular thing people come from all over to watch it. It will be filmed and probably used in future movies.

But it's, I went by the site yesterday.

And really all you have is these two gutted towers

that look like anything from a bombed out war zone in a third world country.

It's just two massive concrete structures.

Nothing left that would tell you it's the Tropicana unless you knew it was the Tropicana. Where are the parts?

They were selling seats and windows and ailed carpet?
