(00:00-26:09) – Query & Company opens on a Hump Day Wednesday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison discussing the history of Indianapolis hosting NBA Finals games with it being 25 years since the last time it happened. They touch on how people need to celebrate and enjoy this moment because there is no guarantee the Pacers are back in the finals next year.

(26:09-33:37) – With it being a gameday for the Pacers, Jake revisits what Oklahoma City has done that has created issues for Indiana’s offense in three quarters of game one and the entirety of game two.   

(33:37-43:17) – The first hour of the program concludes with Jake offering a solution as to how the Pacers can get back on track offensively and it starts with their two stars – Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam.

(43:17-1:07:53) – Indiana Pacers radio network analyst Eddie Gill joins the show to explains what has gone wrong for Indiana in games one and two, highlights how the Pacers can get Pascal Siakam involved more often, identifies when Tyrese Haliburton has the offense operating at peak efficiency, considers Haliburton a facilitate first point guard over a score first point guard, and reveals what he was doing 25 years ago when the Pacers last hosted an NBA Finals game. 

(1:07:53-1:22:19) – ESPN.com’s Ramona Shelburne joins Query & Company to explain what interested her most about telling Pacers assistant coach Jenny Boucek’s story about balancing coaching and being a single mom. Ramona highlights some things that she learned when putting together this story together, believes that Coach Boucek could be the first female head coach in NBA history, and states that both of these teams are here because of the level of respect and togetherness that they have compared to some of the other teams that were in the NBA Finals.

(1:22:19-1:28:04) – The second hour of today’s show wraps up with Jake and Eddie giving away a pair of tickets for a listener to go see Seether and Daughtry at Everwise Amphitheater by answering a Pacers trivia question!

(1:28:04-1:53:21) – Andrew Schlecht from The Athletic joins the show to highlight the various defensive schemes that the Oklahoma City Thunder have seen over the course of the season to try and slow down their offense, believes that the main priority for the Thunder defensively is to shut down the paint to take away Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam, explains why moving Isaiah Hartenstein to the bench has benefited the Thunder in the series thus far, and reveals how the city is feeling about the Thunder making the NBA Finals and how they feel about facing the Indiana Pacers. 

(1:53:21-2:02:58) – Yesterday Jim Irsay’s daughters, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Kalen Jackson, and Casey Foyt met with the media to discuss the change of ownership and share memories about their father. Jake highlights two things that were said during the press conference that he found interesting.

(2:02:58-2:10:18) – Today’s show closes out with Jake and Eddie revisiting the things that they want to see from the Pacers early in tonight’s game.
