Hey everyone, welcome into another edition of the WojPod.

Here with Indiana Pacers president of basketball operations, Kevin Pritchard, stay with us.

Kevin, if I told you given, you knew Victor Oladipo would be out, Victor Oladipo would be out for a significant

period to start the season. If I told you Miles Turner would go down, you'd lose games

with Subonis, and after all that, your 500, eight games in, you'd take it? All day, every day.

You know, one of the things that happens in this league now is you look at the end of the year and you say, how many games have you have the top players missed?

And, you know, we're already creeping up there to our totals from what we've had in the previous years on the total years.

And, you know, without having Victor and us knowing it, it allowed us to build the team a little

bit differently.

I think we're going to have three seasons.

I think as an organization, we've got to be prepared for three things.

We've got to be prepared for when Victor's not playing and kind of play a few of our

younger guys, allow Malcolm and Jeremy

to kind of blossom and use some new lineup. So we're going to have that season without

Victor. And then we're going to have a season where we're bringing Victor back and we're adjusting

to them and seeing how that feels. And then we're going to have, hopefully, at the end of the season, when everybody's

clicking in and all cylinders are firing and we're playing our best basketball by the end

of the year.

But you never know, but that's kind of how we've looked at it.

We've tried to manage towards that.

And we're looking forward to seeing how that looks.
