Summary

(00:00-26:42) – Query & Company opens on a Monday with Jake Query sharing his thoughts on the game seven loss in the NBA Finals for the Indiana Pacers. Jake also tries to remember all of the positives that came with this unforgettable season because he doesn’t want Tyrese Haliburton’s injury to be the thing people remember the most.

(26:42-34:41) – Jake opens the phone lines to listeners to share their thoughts on Tyrese’s injury, the season for the Pacers, and the game seven loss in the NBA Finals.

(34:41-45:29) – The first hour of the program concludes with Jake answering more calls from listeners thanking the Pacers for bringing life and energy to downtown Indianapolis again.

(45:29-1:09:02) – Dustin Dopirak from the IndyStar makes an appearance on the program from Oklahoma City to recap last night’s heartbreaking loss for the Indiana Pacers. Dustin comments on the future of Myles Turner after Haliburton’s injury, reacts to the news that Tyrese has sustained a torn achilles, and shares what it was like from his perspective being able to cover this team all season long.

(1:09:02-1:22:02) – Jake and Eddie shift the conversation back to game seven by discussing the lack of involvement on Pascal Siakam. They discuss whether it was Siakam not being aggressive, his teammates not getting him the ball, or a combination of the both.

(1:22:02-1:29:31) – The second hour of today’s show wraps up with Jake and Eddie thanking all the listeners for consuming our content during the amazing course of the NBA Playoffs for the Indiana Pacers.

(1:29:31-2:03:08) – President Ralph Reiff of Reiff Executive Performance Solutions joins the show to provide a medical expert opinion on Tyrese Haliburton’s recovery timeline. He believes that Haliburton will make a full recovery because of his age and the healthy lifestyle that he lives. He also explains what is leading to more achilles injuries in professional sports.

(2:03:08-2:05:49) – Jake and Eddie give away two four-packs of tickets for two listeners after sharing some takeaways from Jake’s conversation with Ralph Reiff.

(2:05:49-2:16:48) – Today’s show closes out with Jake and Eddie sharing some final thoughts on why last night’s loss and injury to Tyrese stings so much. Plus, JMV joins them in studio to preview his show.
