affiliate CrossFit Treetown in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They were using portable metabolic analyzers.

Imagine wearing a big face mask and a backpack while you're doing your CrossFit workouts.

And they use these to test their athletes and tailor their programming intensity to each individual

in order to maximize their efficiency in each energy system. Their members bought in and trusted

them with this experiment. And since they have experienced incredible results, including more
