Welcome to the Andy Staples show, Labor Unrest Edition.

I don't know that I ever expected to say that about college sports, but I guess, given the way things have gone the last few years, maybe I did.

We have a group of players in the Pack 12 that have said they intend to opt out of the season unless some of their demands are met.

They have released a very long list of demands, some of which are pretty easy to do and can be

done today, and some of which are probably never going to happen.

But it's a really interesting conversation that these guys, I think, are going to wind up having

with the people in charge at the Pact 12

and their athletic directors and their coaches.

And it's probably something that needs to be had because let's be honest, if the people who run

college football really need college football played because they need the money that's

going to come from a college football season, they're going to need these players to help them with that.

And so it would make sense to listen to them.

But to talk about it, let's bring on Chris Camerani.

He covers Utah for us.

And Chris, pretty long list of Utes who either attach their name to this document that went out this morning

or have tweeted their support of it?

Yeah, it's been interesting to say the least.

I think what we're going to see over the next 24 hours is this list expand pretty extensively.

It's grown to be pretty comprehensive as well, Andy.

I mean, you look at across all 12 programs in the PAC 12,

you're starting to see heavy hitter, so to speak,

various big name programs come out and say that they are in support or they're, you know,
