Doing a solo podcast today, David Woods, from Bro, the Bruin Report online on the scout.com

network. He's not here at Pac-12 Media Day. So I'm actually here in Hollywood, Hollywood and

Highland, day one of Pac-12 Media Day. So we heard from Arizona, California, UCLA, Oregon State, Colorado, and Washington.

And we wanted to get some sound from all the coaches and a couple of the players on a couple different topics.

So the one thing we really wanted to focus on, and this is actually David Woods idea, so it's good.

What the coaches think about the

rule changes. So eliminating two a days. We did get to hear from Gary Anderson, who, you know,

the Oregon State head coach, who's already had two practices. They had a day off today,

and then they're going to practice again on Thursday night when they fly back.

So a little bit crazy for Oregon State and a couple other Pactual schools have already started camp as well.

But what their thoughts were on this rule change and eliminating two-day practices, so this is the new NCAA rule,
