On Friday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court struck down the mask mandate imposed by Democrat

Governor Tom Wolfe at acting state health secretary, Alice and Beam.

In November, the Commonwealth Court ruled against the mask mandate in schools stating that

Beam did not have the blanket authority to create new rules and regulations out of whole

cloth.

A Supreme Court's decision declared that Beam did not have the power to mandate for students

across the country.

A court opinion has not yet been released, but has expected soon according to the Philadelphia

Inquire.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has thrown out K to 12 school mandates effective immediately

every single state should follow.

The lawsuit was originally filed by a public and politicians' parents in multiple school

districts.
