0:07.9	Now we're going to do today's lecture a little bit different than we normally would

0:13.1	board review instead we're going to focus on clinical medicine we're going to teach
0:17.2	you how to diagnose a migraine regardless of how it presents itself when we talk
0:22.0	about boards or exams in general,
0:24.5	things present in a certain way.

0:27.7	They present with triads.
0:29.0	They'll give you buzzwords.
0:30.2	They'll give you clues as to how to diagnose this patient on your exam.
0:35.0	The problem is in real life things don't present that way, right?
0:38.5	Your patients don't read the textbook, your patients don't give you a history using great
0:41.9	buzzwords, they don't always present classically,
0:44.4	and the truth is a lot of times disease processes will mimic other disease processes,
0:49.0	which can make things really challenging in real life situations. They can't do this on board review.
0:54.6	They can't do this on the exams, but in real life, it's real life, right? So it's going to present this way.
1:00.2	So the point of this lecture here today is to actually teach you all of the
1:04.4	different ways that a migraine can present itself. It can present mimicking a
1:08.0	subarachron hemorrhage, a seizure, a stroke, a TIA. We're going to make you
