Hey, what's going on guys, and welcome to episode 78 of the Physician

assistant boards.com podcast. This is going to be kind of the third installment of

the three-part series where we're really talking about the mental aspect of medicine. We're really

talking about the emotional component, the obstacles that are that we put in front of

ourselves and you know the kind of the things that make this path a little bit difficult

and today I wanted to start this podcast off well first of all I want to

apologize for the delay I was supposed to have this out about a week back

but you know the holidays got in the way you know different things got in the

way so you know regardless I'm not going to sit here with excuses but I do

apologize for not getting this out sooner and I really wanted to start this podcast off

with the comment that was left on the Instagram,

which really resonated with me,

and I really thought held a lot of value.

So I wanted to make sure more than the people that actually

went back to the comment because she's the second to the last comment so a lot of

people probably didn't read this this was from a week back on one of my

Instagram posts if you're not following on

Instagram I'd really appreciate it if you could. The handle is PA boards, so it's just

PA BOA-R-D-S. That's the Instagram handle there. You, I try and post two or three times a day,

different things, a little bit of humor, a little bit of motivation, and

definitely, you know, things that help you pass your exams. But anyway, this is a comment that was left by
