Hey, what's going on and welcome to episode 69 of the Physician

assistant boards.com podcast. Today I'm going to be answering a question and this is a

question I already answered on a blog post that I put up a few days back

but it was such an important topic and when this person

asked me this question you know I felt really compelled to ask or to answer and

it's really about referring it's really about knowing when to say when, when I need help and when you know your patient if you're in a family practice setting needs to go see a specialist.

Before we get into that topic though today on the podcast, I really want to just go out and say

thank you I want to thank everybody for those on the email list you saw that I did a

snapshot of of our podcast ranking because I was incredibly proud and just amazed at how far we've come.

And we were actually ranked number two in medicine last week.

So that was incredibly awesome to see.

Today I woke up this morning because I do check the rankings every now and then

and we were ranked at number five

so awesome just to see that number as well. You know those things change all the time

but either way it's so awesome just to see to see our rankings go up like that and the

downloads you know over the past couple of

months have just been climbing and climbing and I'm incredibly grateful for

everyone's support so thank you for that something else I really want to say

thank you about is the Instagram the The Instagram is just growing like crazy. Our community is growing. We're at about 4,600

followers, you know, for something that I threw up a few weeks back, that's

pretty, it's pretty impressive growth there so thank you for

everybody following you know everybody's active in the comments sections and if you're not
