We all have mental barriers.  We all think we're not good enough.  But guess what, you're wrong.  Once we can relieve ourselves and shove these false ideas out, we will become successful; we will become the best in whatever we want to do in life.  Please, I urge you to stop making excuses, and just DO!

I want to share a couple of thoughts and the reason being is if you can't tell I'm very

hoarse right now I've been hoarse for the past few days so I can't really go on this you know

But really quickly what I wanted to do is just give some key insights into perception and the reason being is you know I've been getting emails and I've been talking to people where the biggest factor to success

or the biggest hurdle that people need to overcome for success is

perception, self-perception, the self-belief that we're not good enough and I

personally don't understand why you create these mental barriers and in order to overcome these

mental barriers you have to really just put your head down and just go for it.

You know what I mean? A lot of people are so scared of failure. A lot of people are so scared of failure a lot of people are so

scared of messing up making mistakes and you know you have to get out of this this

mindset I just wrote a recent blog post over on the website at physician assistant boards.com

talking about perfection and it's not so much that you're a perfectionist and

and the title of this blog post was actually screw perfection right? Why did I name it screw perfection?

Because so many people try to justify why they are not doing the next thing, why

they aren't doing that procedure, why they're not stepping up to the plate to you know to scrub it for

surgery because they don't know yet they're not they haven't perfected the technique well

guess what you will never perfect the technique if you don't take action. You will never be good unless

you do. You can read that textbook one more time. You can go over your PowerPoints 10 more times.

You can keep studying for the next week, two weeks, month. But you know what,

actually getting in there, getting your hands dirty and actually taking action is what's going to motivate
