Before we get started just a couple of updates that I want to give you guys last time when I was

recording the podcast my PC actually died and had to buy a new Mac altogether.

Well got a new Mac been using it for the past week or so, and it's amazing.

So it's awesome.

I guess the PC dying on me was actually a good thing, because I wanted to buy a Mac for a while,

so this actually gave me an excuse to actually go ahead and buy one now.

Still learning the ins and outs but overall much better than the PC.

And as of yesterday or actually two days ago, actually got into an accident.

Yeah, so I was actually driving on the freeway, decided to change lanes.

I thought I looked, guess I did it, bike was actually speeding up and as I changed lanes hit a motorcycle.

Good thing was, there was a lot of traffic on the 405,

which is a freeway out here in LA.

We were going about 10, 15 miles an hour,

so it wasn't a big accident at all. The guy on the bike jumped up right away, he was fine.

My car was not fine, however. So I will be without a vehicle for a couple of weeks until that gets repaired.

So that sucks. But anyway, back to the podcast. So today we're going to talk about B12 deficiency. So B12 is also known as Kobelamine and you're going to get most of this through dietary intake and this is going to be

through meat and dairy products.

Now the good thing about B12 is the body stores an excessive amount in the body.

Half of this is going to be stored in the liver,

and so it takes really years to develop this
