Okay, as we dive into the proverbs again, we're still in chapter 21 and we have three

verses that talk to us about what happens with this thing we call our mouth and it's

focusing in on the act of lying.

Look at verse number six, it says, the getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a fleeting

vapor and a snare of death.

Well, that's a pretty strong statement.
