Hello, my friends. It is time for the morning mindset. I hope you're ready to get your

minds aligned with the truth of God. My name is Kerry Green. I'm a retired pastor who

really doesn't want to retire from teaching the Word of God. That's what we do every day

on the morning mindset. My desire is that you and I are able to get our minds in a place

where we are following and walking in. God's will every day. Today we're going to be talking

about the book of Proverbs 2 verses out of that chapter verses 9 and 19. Before we get

started though, I want to remind you about our nonprofit that we established through the

work of the morning mindset. It's called not a needy person and it really is our goal

that there not be a needy person in the body of Christ. Now that may sound like an audacious

goal, but it's one that we believe by the power of God can take place. Not a needy person

allows you as a believer in Jesus Christ to submit your needs and then for other believers

in Christ to come along and help meet those needs during these troubled financial times.

It's extra important that we show the love of God to people who need you can find out

more by going to not a needyperson.org. All right, today you may have noticed the

title of this episode. It looks a little controversial and I didn't intend it that way and it really

is not that controversial. It's just flat out what the passage is talking about today.

It is the sins of the women and in particular the wives. Proverbs 21, 9 says, it is better

to live in a corner of the house top than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife. Now

let's look at verse 19 also. It's a very similar passage. It says it is better to live

in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman. Now, why would Solomon write

something like this? Isn't that sexist? Isn't that show venous to make such an observation
